Economic benefits
With our material take-offs we can figure more accurate what we need to build a project because of our experience in the field. We also breakdown our material lists into the specific loads we want delivered onsite when we need them. This allows us to adjust our lists as we complete a project to short ship the last few deliveries if we have an abundance of material onsite already that was used yet. It also helps to reduce the amount of wasted material and stolen materials by not have to much extra material onsite we don't need. The other economic benefit is our experienced crews know how to build with less waste than many crews that don't have as much experience.
